this welcoming brasserie, everything has been closely reviewed so that
you can spend a pleasant, timeless moment. The layout has been
designed by Maison Sarah Lavoine for a luminous outcome. It combines
natural materials, shades of blue and refined furnishings. The menu is
unique as well, fantasised by Cédric Béchade, the Michelin-starred
chef of Auberge Basque.

The Basque coast institution has revamped for a refined look! Café de
Paris has entrusted its decoration and project development to Maison
Sarah Lavoine. In the lobby, restaurant and bar, the atmosphere is now
modern, stylish, warm and soothing, exuding a light-hearted ambiance
during summer and a cosy yet elegant setting during winter: assorted
"seaside" blues upholster the Riviera sofas, the Iris cushions, or the
double-play bar chairs accordingly.
The ceilings host the legendary Bleu Sarah colour. The paving layout
walls of oak battens englobe panels of braided strew, structuring the
space as a stylish library. Natural oak wooden floor, carpet with
unique patterns, personalised tables in coloured lava stone, Riviera
mirrors, Diva lights and Vadim hanging lights spreading soft lighting,
Leo ottomans, Riviera console, Sicilia tableware ... anything
essential to wrap yourself in infinite tenderness.

At Café Basque, chef Cédric Béchade provides a colourful, natural and
refined cuisine. Supportive of local gastronomy, he redesigns the
classics of Basque cuisine with respect and audacity, while always
striving to enhance local and seasonal products. Have a seat at the
gastronomic café which is not only about tradition but also focuses on
sharing and conviviality! Cédric Béchade’s cuisine is the perfect
equation between local and original. North and south Pays Basque
specialties are twisted with a moving subtility in the plate. The menu
addresses Cédric Béchade’s passion for local products from Pays Basque
farms, for Biarrot baker Arnaud Fernandez’s bread, or yet again the «
Crakers » from Eveil des Sens in Saint-Pée...
Local distribution channels and seasonality are the main points of the
dishes. To enhance them, the decision was made to entrust Goicoechea
creations in regard to the tableware, such as the Iñaki-signed plates.
